With our proactive measures and continuous support, we empower you to not only meet but exceed the stringent requirements of the accreditation process, guaranteeing peace of mind and the safety of your premises.

Our Statement of Conditions Survey

Our exhaustive assessment ensures your building’s fire and life safety systems are in full compliance with the 2024 edition of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, and all associated standards. Trust us to prepare your facility for the highest level of fire safety and compliance.

  1. We meticulously evaluate every section of your facility to provide tailored recommendations for occupancy classification.
  2. Identifying any deviations and documenting them for maintenance or long-term corrections.
  3. Our deliverables include a detailed Statement of Qualifications, a general building description, and any equivalencies approved by The Joint Commission or accreditation agency.
  4. We also produce small-scale floor plan drawings that detail room layouts, classifications, and life safety features.
  5. We prepare two lists of deficiencies found during the survey: Minor Deficiencies and Long-Term Corrections.
  6. Additionally, we conduct random surveys of fire and smoke barriers to ensure the integrity of renovations.
  7. Create detailed penetration drawings. These crucial documents verify the precise location of fire and smoke barrier walls within your facility. Our drawings are not just illustrations; they are a comprehensive record that indicates the location, type, and size of any penetrations in these barriers. This ensures that every aspect of your building’s safety infrastructure is transparent and accounted for. We provide these drawings in an electronic format as part of the Draft Submittal, allowing for easy integration into your existing systems and facilitating seamless updates during future renovations or inspections.Trust us to prepare your facility for the highest level of fire safety and compliance.
